Open Aesthetics is a young and quickly growing clinical aesthetics boutique operating in London.
As a newly established business Open Aesthetics needed a professional business website to cover their web presence. We've started with limited resources but thanks to fruitful collaboration were able to develop and polish the site to industry top standard.
Most of the tasks for this project were discussed and completed remotely. Works included website design, content development and branding guidelines.
Open Aesthetics is now leveraging their marketing efforts and outreach by utilizing their website. Furthermore, we are already planning more digital improvements in upcoming months.
Open Aesthetics was on early stages of trading and struggled to aquire new clients. Word-of-mouth was working really well, but too slow to keep business sustainable. Networking and attending industry events took lot of time and energy. As for most new businesses- direct marketing was an up-hill battle, a time-costly struggle without any guaranteed results.
Nicola, the founder of Open Aesthetics already did a great job by securing the domain name, hosting, having logo designed. However, there's only so much one person can learn and do aside running business full-time.
Therefore, Nicola hired me to take-over the responsibility for online image of Open Aesthetics. I've immediately determined how we can utilise the assets we already had and how we'll build on that.
Their top-grade service and great testimonies of couple first clients needed a fancy packaging and a place to shine. A package that will gather sought-after information, reviews and beauty-treatment relevant media into one online marketing platform.
Thanks to great engagement from Nicola we were able to develop original and effective content which I've compiled into a hassle-free CMS and composed a bespoke, responsive website design matching clinical aesthetics niche.
Now, a delightful site represents Open Aesthetics in the web and converts online visitors into real clients. Also, Nicola has now an essential online platform for her business and tools to administrate and update the site independenlty in the future.
